Conor McEntee
Conor McEntee is our Seniors coach at Shamrock Diving Club, responsible for guiding both age group divers and novice divers who are ready to start learning age group dive lists.
With 8 years of diving experience, Conor brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for technique. His favourite dive is the impressive Inward Somersault Full Twist (5422D), and his favourite coaching comment, “You don’t need to watch the board all the time; it’s still going to be there when you land!”, encourages divers to trust their skills and focus on form.
Conor is dedicated to helping each athlete build confidence and progress as they tackle new challenges in their diving journey.

As both a dedicated support coach and an active Masters diver, Rose brings a dynamic mix of passion and expertise to Shamrock Diving Club. Currently in her first year at Trinity College, Rose demonstrates a remarkable commitment to her sport, often seeking additional training sessions when travelling to the USA to further refine her skills.
Rose’s dedication to diving is matched by her supportive and encouraging coaching style.
